Nick Kent - Soundtrack to the Seventies - 1974

Kent is starting to get a bit shaky in terms of his personal state by this point of the seventies and it's sometimes reflected by the tone of the things he chooses.

1.Marvin Gaye - Trouble Man (Live)

2. Ann Peebles - I Can't Stand the Rain

Another of my jukebox favourites. Pretty much as good as anything I can think of. Lennon said it was the best song of the seventies.

3. Can - Spray

Kent chose the whole Future Days album

4. Gram Parsons $1,000 Dollar Wedding

5. Roxy Music- Casanova

6. Neil Young - See the Sky About to Rain

He chose Young's On the Beach album

7. Bobby Womack - I Can Understand It

8. Van Morrison - Bulbs

Kent chose the whole of Veedon Fleece

9. Randy Newman - Guilty
