Mammal Hands - Floa

I guess this falls under the banner of Jazz if you had to label it. Whatever, it is, its quite remarkable. The second album from a trio of musicians who are also the second set of artists I've posted today who hail from Norwich, following Beth Orton's lead earlier on in the day.

Floa is generally familiar, with touches of the flavour Monk, Mingus and other Jazz greats, but it's also appealingly creative and distinctive too. This is mostly on YouTube and it's on Spotify too. Go get it!

I was directed here, as with others of my post by the wonderful Inkwell record shop in York, so thanks to them for the recommendation.
